GIF cards are the ultimate flex, these rare moving variants are tricky and expensive to get.

GIF cards can be made using sfuse if you have 1 of every fragment of that character, there are 8 Unique fragments labelled from A to H.

You can get those fragments through pulling. There can only be 100 GIF cards of a character with non-repeating gens for all of them.

Fragments of a character will also not be able to be pulled if all Gens are claimed Useless fragments can be burned for 3 each.
