User Status
When a user registers for Sofi, he can end up with different account status. Below are all the four different status that you could end up with.
Unverified
Users who began the process of verifying on Sofi by typing sregister but did not complete the verification on site.
Verified
Users who typed sregister in a server and then verified on the website through the provided link.
Quarantined
Users who were found to have alternate accounts register on Sofi during registration. Scammers, bug abusers or any user with suspicious activity can also be quarantined. Once quarantined, you can still play but will not be able to use any trading related commands. Reach out to support for more info regarding it.
Blacklisted
Users who were found to be violating Sofi’s or Discord’s rules. This includes but isnt limited to using multiple accounts, selling or buying accounts, scamming users, exploiting bugs, using selfbots or macros or violating server rules.
Trust Factor
- Trust factor is an approximate score given to a user based on their stats and behaviour.
- This score can be used to estimate the risk of trading with that specific person.
- This score is between 0 and 100, 0 being the worst and 100 being the best.
Users with the blacklist tag ( Unbanned ) will receive a permanent decrease in their score.
The exact way Trust Factor works is not public information, no one will be able to give you a straight answer.
